Job Description

  • ISeries AS/400 Programmer utilizing of RPG, RPG-ILE, COBOL, SQL, AS/400 environments, DB2 Database.
  • Ability to write program specification and coding from program specifications is required.
  • Ability to work with API's and various integration techniques cross platforms.
  • Knowledge and experience with modeling and designing DB2 and SQL on AS/400. o Ability to solve difficult problems and deal with a variety of variables without a defined "right-answer".
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Embrace change and assist others in accepting and moving forward with new systems and processes.
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy, fast-paced, sometimes stressful and noisy environment with frequent interruptions.
