We are looking for a skilled and motivated Purchase Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement and vendor management, specifically in the automotive products sector and the sourcing of CNC, VMC, and machine spare parts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for automotive products, CNC, VMC, and machine spare parts.Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices, terms, and delivery schedules.Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality products.Monitor inventory levels and ensure consistent stock availability to meet production requirements.Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability.Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement needs with production schedules and requirements.Resolve any supply chain issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communications.
Required Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with a focus on automotive products and CNC, VMC, or machine spare parts.Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing vendor relationships.Solid understanding of supply chain management and procurement best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
