Hiring for SAP Practice Director for a well-known group based in Hyderabad.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead and grow the strategic roadmap of the SAP practice, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities to expand solution offerings and client base.Foster a culture of innovation within the SAP practice, staying abreast of industry trends, and proactively introducing cutting-edge solutions to meet client requirements.Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges and provide innovative SAP solutions.Oversee global delivery of high-quality SAP solutions to clients, adopt best practices.Provide visionary leadership to the SAP practice, inspiring and motivating a high-performing team.Own the P&L of the SAP practice, implementing effective financial strategies to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness, managing the practice budget, and ensuring financial targets and profitability goals are met, with tight monitoring and control of project costs, scope, and schedule, to optimize resource utilization.Steer continued customer satisfaction, maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client needs effectively and showcase SAP delivery excellence to ensure client delight, trust and loyalty.Ensuring effective collaboration, skill development, and recruit, develop, and retain top talent as a motivated SAP workforce.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting continuous learning and development.Candidate Requirements

Total SAP experience of 25+ years with at least the last 10 years in senior leadership roles.Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale SAP projects.In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies, including but not limited to SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform.Strong business acumen and the ability to align SAP solutions with clients' business objectives.Excellent leadership and people management skills.Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management.In-depth expertise in IT industry trends and best SAP Practices.Strong record of building and leading high-performance teams.Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution acumen.

We are a strong player in emerging technologies in SAP such as Fiori, Hybris, S/4HANA, MDG, Mobility, and NW-Portal. We will support a customer’s SAP system with dedicated resources onsite / offsite. We also offer innovative, flexible support models such as fractional FTE, retainer hours and on-demand support. In addition, we offer offshore resources in India to provide an extended support window and blend rates for more cost-effective support. We use an ITIL service delivery model spanning our onshore and offshore locations for support of production systems.
