About the Role:

Orphic Solution is seeking a motivated
HR Intern
to support our HR team in day-to-day activities. This role will give you exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes while helping you develop practical skills in human resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update HR records and databases.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
  • Draft HR documents such as offer letters, internship certificates, and policies.
  • Support payroll and attendance management activities.
  • Prepare reports while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the field of HR.
