Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bengaluru South. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and legal compliance. The HR Manager will also ensure that HR strategies and initiatives align with the overall business strategy. Day-to-day tasks will include managing the recruitment and selection process, developing and implementing HR policies, handling disciplinary procedures, and supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience in training and development, and legal compliance in HR
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle disciplinary procedures effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience working in the real estate industry is a plus
- Proven ability to manage people and build relationships across all levels of an organization
