Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies to improve ROI.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to maximize conversions and reduce CAC.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful ad creatives and landing page experiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging growth channels.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to internal teams/clients.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, with strong results in lead generation & e-commerce.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
- Experience in scaling ad spends efficiently while maintaining ROI.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with funnels, CRO, and remarketing strategies.
- Knowledge of email automation tools, CRM systems, and landing page builders.
- Agency experience handling multiple brands will be a plus.
