Educational qualification expected: Graduate or Postgraduate Preferred geography of previous work experience: India/ Europe /APAC/ US Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English Key responsibility areas: As part of the delivery and implementation teams, Acies is looking to hire project implementation specialist sought for leading project implementation for the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) industry. You'll manage projects from inception to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your deep BFSI knowledge and regulatory expertise are key. Understand and define the project scopes, deliverables, end-users, objectives, and outcomes of the project. Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (requirements, scope matrix, use cases, flow diagrams, proposals, UAT plan, migration plan, Run book etc.) End to End Testingincluding creation of automation scripts, defect & Gap analysis etc. Maintain project management templates, communication plan and other project admin artefacts in line with industry practices and client/stakeholder requirements. Act as a single point of contact to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and seamless delivery of the project. Report on project success results, metrics, test and deployment management activities. Manage day-to-day project activities Other important information: Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid works in India Period of engagement: Full time Probation period: 6 months Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person.
