Ensure the successful deployment of Taleo features and functionalities according to project specifications.
· Integration Management:
Design and implement integrations between Taleo and other systems (e.g.,HRMS, HRIS, payroll, ERP systems).
Utilize APIs, web services, and other integration tools to ensure seamless data flow between Taleo and external systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system connectivity and data accuracy.
· Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support for system issues, including identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems.
Address and resolve technical queries from users and stakeholders.
Perform system maintenance tasks such as applying patches and updates.
· Data Management and Reporting:
Manage data imports and exports, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Taleo’s reporting tools.
Analyze data to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
· Customization and Development:
Customize Taleo workflows, templates, and forms to meet specific business requirements.
Develop custom scripts and integrations to enhance system functionality.
Work with Taleo’s configuration tools to tailor the system to organizational needs.
· System Optimization:
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
Identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues that could impact system performance.
· Documentation and Training:
Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, integration specifications, and troubleshooting procedures.
Provide technical training to internal teams and end-users as needed.
