Profile Requirements:

  • 4 - 6 years proven experience in Sales & Marketing of Railway products with Indian Railways, Zonal Railways & Metros.
  • Strong knowledge of LHB coaches, Vande Bharat trains, locomotives, and Railway components (dampers, gearboxes, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in Government/PSU project business, tendering, and railway procurement.
  • Analytical, adaptable, risk-oriented approach with ability to manage diverse product portfolios.
  • Good understanding of RDSO specifications and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales & business development with Indian Railways, Zonal Railways, Metros, and Production Units (CLW, BLW, PLW, MCF, ICF, RCF, DMRC, etc.).
  • Prepare and submit tenders on IREPS, including documentation, proposals, and technical submissions.
  • Drive sales growth of Railway components & systems by building strong client relationships.
  • Ensure timely payment collection, outstanding ledger management, and recovery follow-ups.
  • Regularly study and interpret RDSO technical specifications for new product approvals & opportunities.

Desired Candidate:

  • Graduate/Engineer with railway industry experience.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication & relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of railway procurement process & payment cycles.
