About the Role

As a
Wealth Manager / Relationship Manager
, you'll play a pivotal role in acquiring and managing client relationships across retail, affluent, and emerging HNI segments. Your goal will be to build portfolios around
mutual funds and fixed income investments
, while guiding clients towards sustainable financial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage relationships across
    retail and emerging affluent clients
    .
  • Advise clients primarily on
    mutual funds, fixed income products, and systematic investing solutions
    .
  • Build
    long-term financial plans
    tailored to client goals (wealth creation, retirement, children's education, etc.).
  • Deepen existing client relationships by increasing wallet share and AUM.
  • Keep track of
    market trends, regulatory changes, and product innovations
    to deliver updated advice.
  • Coordinate with research/product teams to refine investment recommendations.
  • Conduct
    client sessions, webinars, and financial literacy workshops
    for education and engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–5 years
    of experience in financial advisory, retail wealth management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of
    mutual funds and fixed income instruments
    (mandatory).
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • NISM Mutual Fund / Advisory certifications preferred (or willingness to pursue).
  • Postgraduate qualification (MBA/Finance) is an advantage but not mandatory.
