Research and implement how the onboading process for new merchants can be made more efficient International Payments: Lead research efforts on digital payment and lending solutions in targeted countries Develop solutions and strategies, on how India learnings can be replicated in targeted countries Financial Inclusion: Conduct in-depth analysis and research on financial inclusion strategies and initiatives. Design solutions and implement programs to enhance access to financial services in underserved communities. Report and Presentation Development: Requirements gathering and process design Effectively translate data findings into insights that can be easily understood by clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive reports and presentations. Create client-ready deliverables in a timely and efficient manner Internal Coordination: Work closely with senior management to understand project requirements. Facilitate effective communication and coordination between various internal teams. Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree, preferably in Economics, Econometrics, Technology or Business Administration. 4-5 years of experience in a UPI/Digital lending/ Digital payments domain, preferably at the Assistant Manager level in a reputed Consulting firm/Think tank. Understand the technology architecture in UPI payments, Digital lending, Fintech space Proven experience in conducting detailed research and analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
