Junior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The candidate will support ongoing construction and development projects, assisting senior engineers and gaining hands-on experience in civil engineering practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, design, and supervision of civil engineering projects, including roads, buildings, water infrastructure, and environmental systems.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to collect data and assess project progress.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support in the preparation of cost estimates and project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in meetings and communicate project updates to the project team.
• Learn to use civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, MS Project, etc.) for design and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of engineering software like AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of surveying and topography.
• Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
