Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for talent acquisition onsite in Chennai, India, focusing on recruiting across all lines of business within Pinnacle, with a primary emphasis on talent solutions including recruiters, delivery managers, lead generation specialists, client partners, etc. Experience in recruiting recruiters for US operations will be highly preferable. Additionally, the Recruiter will handle recruitment for various other lines of business such as Business Intelligence, Accounting, Payroll, MSP Services, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, among others.
Job Description:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, to fill positions across all lines of business within Pinnacle, with a particular emphasis on talent solutions roles.
- Develop and maintain effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with Pinnacle's values and requirements.
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant databases, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Handle recruitment for various other lines of business such as Business Intelligence, Accounting, Payroll, MSP Services, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, among others, as assigned.
- Support and contribute to recruitment projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other outreach activities to promote Pinnacle's employer brand and attract diverse talent pools.
Must Have Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relative experience in staffing
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 4 years of experience in recruiting talent solutions roles and other lines of business.
- Experience in recruiting recruiters for US operations will be highly preferable.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, with demonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes and contributing to organizational success.
