Job Title: Senior Angular Developer

Experience Level: 6+ Years
Location:  Noida / Agra

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Angular Developer to lead front-end development initiatives and mentor a team of junior developers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Angular and UI frameworks like Angular Material and PrimeNG. This role requires strong technical expertise, ownership mindset, and excellent communication skills to deliver top-notch user interfaces and collaborative team support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI development using Angular , Angular Material , and PrimeNG .

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Work closely with and mentor a team of 4+ junior developers , providing guidance and support.

• Maintain and improve front-end performance and optimize for maximum speed and scalability.

• Manage daily progress updates, planning, and status reporting.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure project transparency.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using best practices.

• Ensure high quality, responsiveness, and maintainability of the web applications.

• Troubleshoot and debug application issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Adapt quickly to new technologies and project requirements.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development.

• Strong proficiency in:

  • Angular (v10+)

  • Angular Material , PrimeNG

  • HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript , JSON

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.

• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma).

• Experience with build tools like Webpack or Angular CLI.

• Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques.

• Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps culture.

Soft Skills:

• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Team player with a proactive attitude.

• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
