Join us and experience a better way to work Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Role overview: The Technical Director at Accordion is responsible for leading the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of the technology stack. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to architect scalable, cost-effective solutions tailored to evolving client needs. The Technical Director will assess and enhance existing system architectures across both on-premises and cloud environments to improve performance and ensure long-term sustainability. Additionally, the role demands a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices, as well as the ability to work hands-on with diverse tools and technologies. The Technical Director will also demonstrate strong critical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders. What You will do: Partner with clients to understand their business needs and create comprehensive business requirements. Develop end-to-end Business Intelligence frameworks, recommending the right architecture (on-premises or cloud-based) and analytics solutions. Collaborate with business and technology teams to guide solution development and ensure successful implementation. Work closely with business teams to define KPIs and metrics aligned with organizational goals. Partner with Project Managers to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery within the set schedule. Create standard reports and functional dashboards based on business requirements to provide actionable insights. Conduct training sessions and knowledge
