Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO)

who will not only spearhead our sales and marketing efforts but also invest in the vision of Signalz.in.

The Opportunity

This is a leadership role where the right candidate will be pivotal in scaling Signalz.in to new heights. As a CSMO, you will hold a dual role:Driving Sales and Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives that capture market share and boost revenue.Becoming a Stakeholder : Invest in Signalz.in, aligning your interests with the long-term success of the platform.This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup at the growth stage and to share in the rewards of its success.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership :Drive revenue growth by identifying and targeting key customer segments, including research analysts and retail investors.Build, train, and manage a high-performance sales team to achieve ambitious targets.Develop strategic partnerships to expand Signalz.in's reach and adoption.Marketing Strategy & Execution :Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for brand visibility and lead generation.Oversee content strategies, including webinars, courses, podcasts, and video marketing, with a focus on financial literacy and education.Manage digital performance marketing and analyze metrics to optimize campaigns.Investment Oversight :Collaborate with leadership to allocate resources and investments efficiently for growth-oriented initiatives.Contribute to strategic decisions to scale Signalz.in while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.Leadership and Vision :Act as a brand ambassador, representing Signalz.in at industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings.Align the sales and marketing functions with the company's overall vision and long-term goals.

Experience :Proven track record in a leadership role in sales or marketing, preferably in the FinTech, EdTech, or financial services sector.Hands-on experience in driving revenue growth and building sales and marketing teams from scratch.Skills :Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance analytics, and sales funnels.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Entrepreneurial Spirit :A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can adapt to evolving challenges.Investment Commitment :Willingness to invest in Signalz.in to share in the rewards of its future success.
