Job Brief SEO Manager:We are looking to recruit a

SEO Manager

- where the purpose of this role is to maintain the company's strong organic search presence globally and drive further growth and efficiencies from the channel.This role requires a strong understanding of international SEO to first identify growth opportunities and then prioritise initiatives according to effort and impact. You’ll use your influencing skills to progress ideas through to execution and thereafter gather insights about the performance and provide a constant feedback loop to share learning, build momentum and replicate successes by rolling out improvements across Finvasia’s multiple products and platforms

Responsibilities in the role:Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies for international SEO campaignsShowing a deep understanding of how search engines and web crawlers work. An ability to translate this into actionable SEO recommendations.Understanding HTTP status codes, redirects and site issues.Solving complex indexation and crawlability issues, giving recommendations to improve SEO performance.Strong understanding of mobile SEO and its key factors.Giving detailed site architecture and URL structure recommendations using appropriate tools and techniques.Recommending best practice on-page SEO improvements - markup, header tags, titles, cross-links etc.Overseeing the execution of the direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)Strong understanding of international SEO and key ranking factors: TLDs / URL structure / hreflang etcUtilising keyword research tools to understand target markets.Reporting and measurementLeveraging analytics and competitor monitoring tools to uncover growth opportunities and determining how new SEO trends are translated into workable solutions for the business.Developing ways to track and monitor search performance in multiple search engines and regions.Defining key metrics that drive SEO performance and translating these into meaningful objectives for the teamDisplaying a strong understanding of ROI for SEO campaigns. Prioritising quick wins where possible.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience with a proven track record of delivering world-class, global SEO resultsMaster’s degree in Marketing or a related field is a must.Enjoys and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentPragmatic, results-oriented and strong sense of ownership of projectsHave global SEO experience, not just single-country experienceMastery of various marketing attribution tools and systems. Eg., Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etcKnowledge or experience of working with a CMS (WordPress, etc.)
