Job Summary:

Being the SEO Manager at Alkye, you have a crucial role in shaping and executing our clients' digital strategies to enhance their online visibility, drive organic traffic, and boost conversions. You will lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO basics, outstanding analytical skills, and a proven history of improving search engine rankings and website performance. A key factor for success in this position is having strong Digital Performance Marketing skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the SEO roadmap, identifying growth opportunities and prioritizing initiatives in collaboration with product development and other relevant teams.
  • Increase organic search traffic through detailed site audits, keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with the content development team to generate SEO-focused content aimed at boosting organic traffic.
  • Use essential performance marketing platforms and SEO analytics tools to monitor and optimize SEO performance.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and Google Looker for thorough data analysis and insights generation.
  • Create and manage dashboards and analytics reports to monitor key SEO metrics, performance trends, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on SEO, ASO, YouTube, and internet marketing trends while having a deep understanding of Google algorithms.
  • Show proficiency in Core Web Vitals, optimize page loading speed, and troubleshoot technical SEO issues.
  • Develop and execute a strong link building strategy across various websites.
  • Implement organic marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Use social media marketing channels to amplify SEO efforts and increase brand presence.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid technical understanding of website usability, server logs, structured data, XML sitemaps, indexation issues, and content crawl management.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • 4-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead a team effectively.
  • Demonstrated track record as an SEO Manager or in a similar role with tangible results.
  • Strong communication skills and analytical mindset to interpret data effectively.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Looker, dashboarding, and analytics report generation.
