Role: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect

One year contract

Working hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST

Job Duties:

- As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer, you will:- Develop and customize customer interfaces on CRM Portal in accordance with business requirements.- Create data models within the Dynamics CRM environment that are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.- Lead and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.- Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics CRM with Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, and other relevant systems.- Construct and maintain applications within the Dynamics CRM framework.- Engage in both operational duties and hands-on development, with a gradual transition to increased development responsibilities.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with 6-8 years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.- Proven track record of successful Dynamics CRM projects and customizations.- Understanding of CRM architecture and experience in creating data models.

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and mentor junior developers.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including its integration with Microsoft Azure and Power Automate.- Experience in building applications on Dynamics CRM and integrating them with other systems.- An analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
