Role: Microsoft Dynamics CRM ArchitectOne year contractWorking hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST

Job Duties:As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer, you will:Develop and customize customer interfaces on CRM Portal in accordance with business requirements.Create data models within the Dynamics CRM environment that are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.Lead and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics CRM with Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, and other relevant systems.Construct and maintain applications within the Dynamics CRM framework.Engage in both operational duties and hands-on development, with a gradual transition to increased development responsibilities.Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with 6-8 years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Proven track record of successful Dynamics CRM projects and customizations.Understanding of CRM architecture and experience in creating data models.Desired Skills and Knowledge:Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and mentor junior developers.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including its integration with Microsoft Azure and Power Automate.Experience in building applications on Dynamics CRM and integrating them with other systems.An analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
