Role : Creative Lead

Overview of the position:

We're seeking a visionary Creative Lead to drive our digital marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with creative execution to deliver impactful, multi-channel campaigns.

Skills :

- 8 to 12 years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3 years in a team management position- Proven track record in digital marketing and content creation- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative excellence- Experience in managing and mentoring creative teams- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Essential Content and Creative Tools proficiency:

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)- Figma or Sketch for digital design- Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and animation- Canva for quick graphic design- Google Docs for collaborative writing- Stock resource platforms (e.g., Shutterstock, Adobe Stock)

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all creative content across digital platforms & offline channels like retail stores, print media, TV advertising, airport kiosks, OOH etc- Develop innovative concepts that align with brand strategy and business goals- Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling- Drive engagement, leads, and conversions through compelling creative solutions- Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- Deep understanding of the Indian digital landscape, including user behavior, market dynamics, and emerging trends, particularly in the context of mobile usage and app adoption.- Creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable brand strategies and campaigns that drive user engagement and loyalty.
