Hiring fo r Real Estate F&B Specialist

What this job involves:

As a Real Estate F&B Specialist, your main role is to support the F&B department within a real estate establishment. You will be responsible for attracting and managing F&B tenants, working closely with them to ensure successful operations. Your primary focus will be on identifying and securing F&B tenants, overseeing leasing agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to create vibrant F&B destinations.

Graduate / Post Graduate with a minimum 8 to 10 years of experience Prior experience in F&B retail ; real estate broking/consulting or a related field is crucial. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset Confident, Collaborative with ability to multi task and work in a diverse team  Good knowledge of major F&B formats, concepts, cuisines ~regional, national and some international as well Excellent networking & inter personal skills. Strong analytical, proven negotiation & financial skills with the ability to adapt to change  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)  Ability to deliver under challenging scenarios 

Key Responsibilities:

F&B Tenant Acquisition and Management :

1. Identify potential F&B tenants that align with the brand and objectives of the real estate property.

2. Build relationships with F&B operators, conduct negotiations, and finalize leasing agreements.

3. Collaborate with legal teams to draft leasing contracts and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

4. Monitor tenant performance, provide support, and address any operational concerns.

Market Analysis and Strategy :

1. Conduct market research to assess F&B trends, competitiveness, and customer preferences.

2. Identify opportunities to enhance the F&B offerings and create a compelling tenant mix.

3. Develop strategies to attract and retain high-quality F&B tenants.

Relationship Management :

1. Foster strong relationships with existing F&B tenants, acting as the main point of contact.

2. Ensure tenants adhere to lease terms, including rent payment and compliance with operational guidelines.

3. Address tenant queries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.

Collaborative Initiatives :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to create F&B events, promotions, and experiences that drive foot traffic and enhance customer satisfaction.

Support F&B tenants with marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, signage, and joint promotions.

Financial Management:

Monitor and track F&B tenant performance, including sales, revenue, and profitability.

Review financial statements and work with finance teams to address any financial issues or discrepancies.

Conduct regular rent reviews and lease renewals in line with market conditions and property goals.
