Role Overview:

Kansoft Solutions is looking for skilled Azure Cloud Operations Engineers to oversee, supervise, and enhance infrastructure operations within Azure and AWS environments. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining system stability, performance, compliance, and cost efficiency while promoting operational excellence and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and monitoring of deployed servers on Azure and AWS platforms.

  • Ensuring system availability through alert monitoring using cloud-native tools.

  • Handling systems monitoring, escalation, and troubleshooting for both cloud and on-premises setups.

  • Operational activities such as server, database, backup, and storage management.

  • Oversight of patching, firmware upgrades, and infrastructure lifecycle management.

  • Conducting inventory and CI management for infrastructure assets.

  • Administration of Active Directory, DNS, file servers, and print servers.

  • Execution of full and incremental backups, restores, and capacity planning.

  • Driving performance management, access control, and compliance monitoring.

  • Collaboration with vendors to address hardware infrastructure issues.

  • Continuous analysis and recommendations for stability, cost optimization (FinOps), and automation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient hands-on experience in Azure Infrastructure & Cloud Operations.

  • Knowledge of AWS Cloud Operations is a plus.

  • Expertise in alert management, patching, backup & restore, and storage management.

  • Understanding of FinOps practices for cloud cost optimization.

  • Experience in managing compliance requirements within enterprise settings.

  • Preferably, a background in L2/L3 operations.
