We’re looking for an organized and proactive Email Marketing Specialist to join our team In this role, you'll manage the operational setup for our email sends, ensuring clean lists and optimized deliverability, all while tracking effectiveness to boost the company's revenue.


The right fit for this role must have a keen eye for detail, a basic understanding of campaign metrics, and a drive to innovate within a fast-paced environment. While collaborating with our web team and product managers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and nurturing our customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● O wn and manage our email marketing campaigns, execute A/B testing, and contribute to our monetization strategy.

● Coordinate with web, production, copy, and art teams to manage the operational/creative campaign setups.

● Maintain historical records of campaign creative.

● Proactively manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met.

● Run reporting and analyze data for marketing efforts. Track our KPIs, and benchmarks, and keep reporting organized and easy to read.

● Set up and track the performance of email campaigns. This includes tracking link generation and management.

● Track list monetization and growth.

● Build campaign efforts in our ESPs, ActiveCampaign, Aweber & Sendy.

● Segmentation and targeting for our email campaigns

● Set up and test emails for internal dedicated sends as well as affiliate swaps.


Required Skills and Experience:

● A minimum of 2 years of experience in an email marketing or advertising role.

● Strong understanding of email marketing principles and the ability to craft compelling marketing copy.

● Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

● Capable of working independently and tackling challenges with minimal supervision.

● Willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

● Skilled at managing multiple tasks effectively while meeting tight deadlines.

● Excellent communication skills.

● Ability and desire to understand and discuss new technical concepts.

● Comfortable analyzing campaign performance data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
