Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • Must have prior experience as a Chief Security Officer or similar role.
  • Qualification:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate (any stream).
  • Driving License:
  • Must own and be able to drive both 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler.
  • Location Preference:
  • Local candidates from Mohali or nearby areas preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000

(Depending on experience and suitability)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct security rounds across multiple locations:
  • Ropar (Nexa & Arena), Nangal, Anandpur Sahib, Morinda, Kharar, Mohali
  • Includes night rounds to check for absenteeism or sleeping guards.
  • Maintain and check:
  • Vehicle Gate Pass Book
  • Employees Gate Pass Book
  • Road Test Book
  • Demo Register (report irregularities after verification with the audit team)
  • Regular telephonic check-ins with all locations every 3–4 days for issue reporting.
  • Monthly PDI vehicle checks
  • Ensure Fire Extinguishers are refilled and maintained
  • Supervise installation of Fire Fighting Solutions.
  • Monthly inspections of Demo Cars (check for missing accessories).
