Role Summary:

We have started with our first step by launching Investment & Trading platform – Dhan ( a Product Operations, you will be a strong and vital link between operations and product management and will be primarily responsible to ensure a seamless customer satisfaction and experience. High on initiative and strong stakeholder management are a must for this role.

Expected Responsibilities:
Figuring out a problem, defining, ideating & collaborating to arrive at possible solutions, drive projects to solution, building a seamless, easy to use, value driven product.
Design multiple product road maps & advocate product vision, being the customer voice throughout
Taking complete ownership of the corporate actions on the app and ensuring the areas of action are implemented within timelines.
Collaborate and liaison with product, engineering, risk, other functions for product related process, gathering information and suggesting enhancements in order to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Create product plans and user stories based on business and customer requirements for Mobile and Web.
To analyze data to help product management make better informed decisions and develop business processed to streamline product development.
Assist in integration of modules and own customer satisfaction through improved Success ratio.
Setup securities settlement operations processes
Corporate Action handling in portfolio and charts
Setting up broking product life cycle
Responsible for end-to-end OFS, Buy back, Debt and SGB processes
Expected Skills:
B. Tech/B. E, MBA from a relevant field.
3 to 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Operations, APM.
Good knowledge of all product life-cycle elements. Prior work with start-up will be an add-on.
Strong Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Location: Mumbai (Borivali East)
Candidates from Mumbai (Western Suburbs) would be preferred.
