About UsWe are seeking a Product Designer with expertise in supply-side and SaaS design to create and enhance these critical tools, focusing on improving workflows and empowering internal teams to achieve operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing Design for Supply Side SystemsCreate user-friendly designs for tools that support supply chain management, inventory tracking, order processing, and operational monitoring. Develop dashboards and interfaces that present complex data intuitively to enable quick decision-making by internal teams.
Understand Internal Stakeholder NeedsCollaborate with supply chain managers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to gather insights on pain points and requirements. Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement through design.
Prototyping & Iterative DesignBuild wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to visualize and test solutions for operational tools. Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing to ensure an optimal user experience.
User Research & TestingConduct user research sessions with internal stakeholders to understand their challenges and goals. Plan and execute usability testing sessions to validate designs and improve functionality.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional TeamsWork closely with product managers and developers to align designs with technical and business requirements. Ensure seamless implementation of designs by providing detailed specifications and supporting developers during the build process.
Optimization of Existing ToolsAudit current internal tools to identify pain points and propose actionable design enhancements. Ensure that tools support scalability and align with the organization's evolving operational needs.
What You'll Bring to the Team Experience2 years of experience in UX design, with a strong focus on supply-side systems, SaaS products, or enterprise applications.
Design SkillsProficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Strong understanding of designing for complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces.
Supply & SaaS ExpertiseProven experience designing tools for supply chain systems or operational platforms. Familiarity with SaaS design principles, multi-user workflows, and scalable system architectures.
User Research ExpertiseExperience conducting research with internal users to gather actionable insights. Ability to synthesize research findings into intuitive design solutions.
Problem-Solving MindsetDemonstrated ability to tackle complex problems and design workflows that streamline internal processes. A focus on creating designs that improve efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction.
Collaboration & CommunicationExcellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present design solutions to stakeholders. Ability to integrate feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
Attention to DetailHigh attention to detail in creating polished, consistent, and visually appealing designs.
