Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, to shape the product experience.

- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand customer needs and pain points.

- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems that bring ideas to life.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate vision into user-centric designs.

- Design scalable and reusable UI components that enhance usability and efficiency.

- Advocate for human-centered design principles, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.

- Utilize data-driven insights to iterate and refine design solutions for maximum impact.

- Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and travel industry innovations.

- Present design concepts to leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Required Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing user research, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs.

- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.

- Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility best practices.

- Experience designing for web and mobile platforms (iOS & Android).

- Ability to create data-informed designs based on analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback.

- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

- Self-motivated, creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and interaction design.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in an Agile, fast-paced product environment.

- Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and design system management.

- Experience with travel, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.

- Familiarity with AI-driven personalization and recommendation systems.
