Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Rudram Realty in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations and driving sales growth individually. They will develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and contribute to the overall success of the company.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to build strong client relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
