Role:

Process Improvement LeadLocation: PuneJob description:Identify gaps/opportunities in current ways of doing business, which can help drive increase in revenue or help optimize cost of execution/operationWork closely with key stakeholders and business heads to drive business and process excellence projects from ideation- assessment- impact analysis- recommendation- benefit quantificationDrive continuous improvement projects through lean six sigma methodology (DMAIC) and DFSS

Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of workingIdentify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring systemTake ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controlsActively monitor project risks to foresee potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advanceEnsure the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on and always managedCo-ordinate the process changes and organizational change management in alignment with the system

Key skills:Must have 7+ years of experience in driving continuous improvementMust have certification in six sigma black beltAbility to communicate with all levels within the organizationAbility to implement relevant solutions to situational problems or changesProblem analysis and problem solving at both strategic and functional levelHands-on experience in implementing 6 sigma projects including blackbelt, greenbelt, Kaizen etcShould have worked implementing 6 sigma projects in Banking, Financial Services and IT companiesExperience in working on MinitabSpecific 6 sigma projects in Change request life cycle, Incident and Problem management
