Role: Process Improvement Lead

Location: Pune

Job description:

  • Identify gaps/opportunities in current ways of doing business, which can help drive increase in revenue or help optimize cost of execution/operation
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and business heads to drive business and process excellence projects from ideation- assessment- impact analysis- recommendation- benefit quantification
  • Drive continuous improvement projects through lean six sigma methodology (DMAIC) and DFSS Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working
  • Identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system
  • Take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls
  • Actively monitor project risks to foresee potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance
  • Ensure the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on and always managed
  • Co-ordinate the process changes and organizational change management in alignment with the system


Key skills:

  • Must have 7+ years of experience in driving continuous improvement
  • Must have certification in six sigma black belt
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Ability to implement relevant solutions to situational problems or changes
  • Problem analysis and problem solving at both strategic and functional level

Hands-on experience in implementing 6 sigma projects including blackbelt, greenbelt, Kaizen etc

Should have worked implementing 6 sigma projects in Banking, Financial Services and IT companies

Experience in working on Minitab

  • Specific 6 sigma projects in Change request life cycle, Incident and Problem management
