Assistant Manager Finance

Manage Terms Payment Administration and Approval,Terms Contract Management,Period Close, Handling Less Complex accounts.
Responsibilities Maintain strong controls through comprehensive weekly and monthly reporting. Provide collaborative and cross-functional support to the Sales team for customer related activties. Conduct periodic reconciliations of JE Coupons. Contribute to the calculation of CDA/CMA and other relevant ad-hoc payouts on a quarterly basis. Review and maintain CDA contracts within Salesforce on a timely basis. Support the Net Sales team by reviewing and approving calendar event enrollments. Provide collaborative support to KAMs through calendar-related activities. Qualifications Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes Strong communication skills to manage information gathering requests Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to quickly learn SAP CRM/BW software applications Aptitude to work with minimal supervision Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance Ability to manage multiple time sensitive priorities Ability to function well in a team environment Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience Exceptional communication skills.
