  • Counsel students on study abroad options (countries, universities, courses, fee structures, scholarships, etc.).
  • Handle end-to-end process: shortlisting universities, application support, SOP guidance, visa documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Assist students and parents with admission procedures and provide accurate and updated information.
  • Maintain student records, inquiries, and follow-up regularly to ensure conversions.
  • Support in organizing webinars, seminars, and overseas education fairs.
  • Coordinate with universities and partners for timely updates and processing.
  • Manage basic office administration when required.
  • Contribute to digital marketing activitiescontent posting, social media promotions, email campaigns, & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong knowledge of Overseas Education Process (applications, admissions, visas).
  • Excellent communication skills (English proficiencywritten & verbal).
  • Good command over MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word) and Canva for presentations and reports.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing & digital platforms.
  • Good interpersonal skills, convincing ability, and student handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet targets.
