Customer Care & Sales Support Executive (UK Energy Market) – Remote / Delhi NCRCompany: Energyex UKLocation: Remote (India) – Delhi NCRShift:Oct–Mar: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM ISTMar–Oct: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST (UK Business Hours)About Energyex:Energyex is a UK-based consultancy specialising in utilities, cleaning, and property management solutions for housing associations and commercial clients.We manage the full lifecycle — from energy procurement and invoice validation to cleaning operations and rebate reporting — providing end-to-end operational support.We are now expanding into a BPO Hub in Delhi to serve our growing UK client base.Role OverviewWe’re hiring an experienced Customer Care & Sales Support Executive with a background in sales, client communication, and back-office coordination to manage day-to-day UK client operations.You’ll handle supplier communication, quotations, contracts, and CRM updates while supporting sales and lead conversion .The ideal candidate combines customer service excellence with a sales-driven mindset and has hands-on experience with UK energy suppliers or brokers.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily client communication and supplier coordination.Manage CRM data (MPAN/MPRN, supplier info, contract dates).Prepare, draft, and submit contracts via supplier portals.Handle quotations, renewals, and supplier objections.Support new lead qualification and conversion through Energyex’s lead system.Validate supplier invoices and ensure compliance with agreed terms.Maintain accuracy and meet company SLAs.Compensation & IncentivesSalary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000/monthIncentives:3% on renewal/contract submissionsUp to 15% on converted leads (Energyex invests heavily in verified UK business leads)Additional performance bonuses availableCareer GrowthClear progression path to Senior Executive and BPO Operations Lead (Managerial Role) within our Delhi hub.Ideal CandidateExperience with UK energy suppliers, brokers, or consultants (mandatory)Strong sales and customer support backgroundExcellent written and spoken EnglishSkilled in CRM systems, Excel/Google SheetsDetail-oriented, proactive, and target-drivenWhy Join EnergyexJoin a growing UK consultancy expanding into IndiaCombine sales + operations in one impactful roleTransparent incentives and growth planWork-from-home flexibility with clear accountabilityApply Now:Send your CV with a short note about your UK energy and sales experience to Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a virtual interview and training .
