What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
What you'll need:
Business partnering with the Procurement function, providing timely price data analysis to support business decisions.
Drive process improvement initiatives to ensure seamless continuity in sourcing (PR/PO processes).
Provide weekly and monthly insightful reporting including commentary on forecast vs cost and cost of delivery for various models.
Business partnering with the procurement function for commercial concurrence and contracting governance.
Business partnering with the Finance function, providing timely data to support planning decisions.
Business Partner with the Business units for G&A costs and align our future network capacity to demand.
Lead the development of understanding of cost drivers, forecasting methodologies, and reporting to develop enhanced insights on business drivers and the robustness of future financial plans.
Support the Finance teams to develop the longer-term roadmap to optimize cost efficiency via financial analysis support to projects and making recommendations on the best financial courses of action.
Prepare summary notes for expediting the approval process.
Maintain documents, files, and records for the purpose of providing up-to-date references and audit trails for compliance.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction/optimization and process enhancement while validating documents for approval.
What you’ll need:
CA/CMA/ACCA/master’s degree or MBA in Finance or related professional qualification along with a minimum 5 years of professional experience.
Must possess a sound knowledge in a broad range of in fields such as Audit, Internal Controls, Finance, and Business Analytics (preferably in the e-commerce and retail industry).
Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in stakeholder management and problem-solving approach.
Knowledge of SQL programming language is preferred.
Strong critical thinking with the ability to define problems and propose solutions.
Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and within established timeframes.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships internally and externally.
