Overview As a BI Leadyou will play a crucial role in overseeing the development andimplementation of business intelligence solutions. You will beresponsible for guiding a team of BI developers analysts andadministrators to ensure effective data management analytics andreporting. Additionally you will collaborate with businessstakeholders to understand their requirements and deliveractionable insights that drive informeddecisionmaking. Keyresponsibilities

Lead and manage ateam of BI professionals providing guidance and support in theexecution of projects and dailyoperationsDesign and develop scalable andefficient data models ensuring data integrity and optimization forreporting and analyticsCollaborate withbusiness stakeholders to gather requirements understand key metricsand translate business needs into technicalsolutionsOversee the implementation andmaintenance of data warehousing solutions ensuring accuracy andconsistency of dataManage the endtoend ETLprocess from data extraction to transformation and loading ensuringdata quality and reliabilityDevelop andoptimize SQL queries and scripts for data analysis and reportingpurposesEvaluate and select appropriate BItools and technologies to meet business objectives ensuringalignment with industry best practicesCreateand maintain documentation for BI processes data models andreporting standardsProvide training andsupport to users on BI tools and reportingplatformsStay updated on industry trends andadvancements in business intelligence and analytics to recommendinnovative solutionsParticipate in strategicplanning and contribute to the development of BI roadmaps and datagovernance policiesCollaborate with IT teamsto ensure the security and scalability of BIsolutionsMonitor performance and usage of BIsystems proactively identifying and addressing issues to maintainoptimal functionalityLead and participate incrossfunctional teams to drive BI initiatives andprojectsContribute to the continuousimprovement of BI processes methodologies and bestpracticesRequiredqualifications

Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Systems or related field; Mastersdegree preferredProven experience in aleadership role within the BI and analyticsdomainIndepth knowledge of data warehousingconcepts design principles and implementation bestpracticesProficiency in ETL processes andtools with the ability to optimize data flows andtransformationsStrong expertise in SQL anddatabase management with the ability to write complex queries andoptimize database performanceExperience withBI tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar platforms for datavisualization and reportingFamiliarity withcloudbased BI solutions and data storage systems such as AWSRedshift or Azure SQL Data WarehouseAbility tounderstand business processes and translate them into datarequirements and analytical solutionsExcellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to workeffectively with crossfunctional teams and seniorleadershipProven track record of successfulproject management and ability to drive results in a fastpaceddynamic environmentStrong analytical andproblemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail andcommitment to data accuracySolid understandingof data governance and regulatory compliance requirements inrelation to business intelligencesolutionsCertifications in BI and analyticstechnologies (e.g. Certified Business Intelligence Professional)are a plusAbility to adapt to changingpriorities and business needs while maintaining a focus ondelivering highquality solutionsDemonstratedleadership qualities including mentorship coaching and fostering acollaborative team culturedatawarehousing,sql,etl,datavisualization,sass,dax,react.js,node.js
