What you’ll do Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders in the organization Coach, advise and recommend people interventions to Directors & Sr. Directors in your business Understand Strategic intent of the business in addition to diagnose the organization using data and insights to build people & organizational priorities for your respective business unit Work on big problems from critical organizational and people issues to identifying and developing our key leadership talent to culture and change management to putting Adobe for All into action. Influence, collaborate, and direct Employee Experience COEs to shape/ design the support you provide your business leaders Be a leader throughout Adobe - speak up, keep it real, and agitate when necessary Speak "business" more than "HR" lingo What you need to succeed 10+ years of HR Business Partnering or relevant leadership experience with an overall of 12+ years in the industry A positive, can-do, attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and be a self-starter Hands on experience in Organization Design, Organization Development, Talent Management, Culture Building and change management Expertise in understanding the HR value chain in terms of processes and systems to advise and recommend people prioritizes and interventions Experience partnering with GTM, Sales, Customer facing teams at scale is a plus Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization Understand our business and how what you do will help us accelerate Adobe's growth Creativity in your DNA- this is Adobe after all.
