Role Title:*Business Analysis Specialist*

*Role Accountabilities*• Requirement Elicitation and Analysis: Identify and document specificrequirements, considering inputs from business stakeholders.• Analyse and prioritize requirements to align with organisational goals andcompliance standards.• Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders involved• Foster strong relationships to facilitate effective communication andcollaboration throughout the contract management process.• Process Modelling and Improvement : Analyse existing processes to identify areasfor enhancement.• Develop process models and workflows to illustrate the current and desiredstates.• Recommend and implement improvements to streamline and optimize function.• Data Analysis : Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimisation.**more on JD

*Requirements***NON - Negotiable**• Telecom domain knowledge including experience across one or more ofConnectivity, Overlay and Cloud, Voice and Collaboration, Security products• Understanding of TMF ODA, Open APIs• Experience in articulating/implementing a strategic vision and translating intopractical action and execution.• Strong experience of delivering large scale transformational business changethrough technology and leading industry best practice methodology.• Experience of working across a wide range of internal and external technologysuppliers to align plans and deliver business outcomes• Large scale leadership of indirect team/cross functional teams or programswith proven deliverables.• Experience in integrating teams, methods, and cultures**Senior stakeholder engagement and management.
