Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Investor Relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our investors and ensuring regular communication and updates. This role is crucial in fostering a positive investor community and ensuring transparency and engagement, especially for the multiple ventures that spin out from the studio.


Considerations prior to applying:

  • Location : On-site, Mumbai (Juhu) with intercity travel
  • Compensation structure : Fixed + variable + ESOPs (commensurate with industry experience)
  • Mindset : Get shit done (hustler)


Key Responsibilities:


1. Investor Community Building and Engagement :

  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential investors.
  • Organize and facilitate investor events, webinars, and meetings to keep the community engaged and informed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and communications.


2. Liaison with the LP community both domestic and international :

  • Conduct regular outreach to investors to provide updates on company performance, milestones, and future plans.
  • Monitor and respond to investor feedback and concerns in a timely manner.


3. Act as the face for 26ideas at GP/LP events

  • Represent the studio and its ventures at key events across closed-door events across the globe
  • Raise awareness about the studio with the emerging LP community in this domain


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 8-10 years of investment banking/ investor relations experience
  • Tier 1 institute, Master’s preferred, or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong rolodex of relations with domestic and international GPs and LPs.
