Senior Python Developer (6–8 Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications. The candidate should have deep knowledge of Python frameworks, cloud platforms, databases, and modern software engineering practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust applications, optimize system performance, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure Python-based applications.
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Work with Python frameworks such as
    Django, Flask, or FastAPI
    to build APIs and backend services.
  • Integrate applications with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and third-party services.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • Lead code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
  • Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and other DevOps practices.
  • Stay updated with emerging Python technologies, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of professional experience
    as a Python Developer or Software Engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and its standard libraries.
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks:
    Django, Flask, FastAPI
    (at least one mandatory).
  • Solid understanding of
    RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web technologies
    .
  • Proficiency in
    SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
    and
    NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
    .
  • Experience with
    cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
    and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of
    OOP, design patterns, and software architecture principles
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
    .
  • Knowledge of
    unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Experience with
    data processing frameworks (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark)
    .
  • Knowledge of
    asynchronous programming (Asyncio, Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
    .
  • Exposure to
    machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue)
    for full-stack collaboration.
  • Certification in
    cloud technologies
    (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
