Job Summary :We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with 5 to 7 years of strong expertise in object-oriented programming and advanced Python development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent debugging skills and a proven ability to design and implement efficient, scalable software solutions.Experience in Generative AI/ML technologies will be considered a strong advantage. Candidates with hands-on knowledge of OpenBMC and BIOS domains are highly preferred and will be Responsibilities :- Develop, test, and maintain robust Python applications using best practices in object-oriented programming.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software components.- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Python code to enhance performance and reliability.- Implement scalable and maintainable code that integrates with various systems and services.- Utilize Generative AI/ML technologies to develop innovative features and solutions (preferred).- Work with OpenBMC and BIOS-related projects or components, contributing domain expertise where applicable.- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain code quality standards.- Document code, workflows, and technical specifications clearly for future maintenance and team collaboration.- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Python development and Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Python development with a strong focus on object-oriented programming.- Proven debugging and problem-solving skills in complex software environments.- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions.- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.- Strong knowledge of Python frameworks and libraries relevant to the project needs.- Excellent communication and collaboration Qualifications :- Practical experience with Generative AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools.- Exposure to OpenBMC and BIOS development domains.- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.- Experience working in cloud environments and containerized applications.- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns (ref:hirist.tech)
