Position: Sr. HRPB Reports to: CEO Location: Winnipeg, MB, Canada

Opportunity:

ERLPhase Power Technologies Ltd. is seeking a professional and proactive individual for the position of HR within our organization. Reporting to the CEO, the individual will manage HR department as ERLPhase undergoes significant expansion. This role will include 40% of Talent acquisition & 60% HRBP role.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to department heads in all areas of human resources.

Support department heads with hiring processes including strategic advice and translate Business plans into resourcing needs and project manpower requirements from time to time.

Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high quality experienced candidates from industry through networking, advertisement campaign, web services and through employee referrals.

Plan, develop and implement HR policies and employee engagement programs as needed.

Guide, advise and support department heads in talent management, performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, and team-building and recognition activities

Identify learning and development opportunities and implement a leadership development program.

Developing & implementing the compensation strategy as required.

Work with Acting CEO to execute a compensation strategy.

Develop & implement the complaint grievance redressal mechanism.

Lead investigations as well as the resolution process for formal complaints

Analyze HR data and recommend efficiencies around onboarding, offboarding, and engagement.

Derive the Training & Development initiatives.

Facilitating the Employee connect programs between CEO and employees.

Managing the local HR/employee related compliance.

Managing Admin related day to day functions.

Plan and lead implementation of special projects as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

MBA-HR or Bachelors degree or diploma in human resources and/or related university degree

5-7+ years of experience in handling HRBP role.

Strong understanding of employment and human right legislation across Canada

Creative, Independent self-starter who excels in technical team environment

Proven ability to identify and implement process improvement

Must be excellent communicator, including written and verbal skills

Excellent collaborative and practical skills

Background check results satisfactory to ERLPhase.

A valid drivers license and eligible to work in Canada.
