JOB ROLE

1. Analysis and resolution of all production incidents raised.2. Provide resolution/workarounds for Severity 1 and 2 issues as perthe SLA defined3. Doing RCA for severity 1 (S1) incidents. Doing RCA for Severity 2(S2) and critical incidents on specific requests from HDFC Bank.4. Escalating severity 1 and severity 2 (S2) and critical incidents to allconcerned as per escalation process as per the defined escalationmatrix which is mutually agreed thru mail, SMS, and Phone call.5. Giving regular updates on, S1 and S2 issues to the concernedstakeholders. Cause for repeated issues to be tracked with an issuetracker for fixing.6. Engaging with other IT and Technology Partners for Issueresolution.7. Escalation support in the Partner organizations as and whenrequired to meet the TAT.8. Providing clarifications to HDFC Bank Biz, BTG, and IT staff9. Deployment of application fixes provided by OEM in UAT andProduction.Application Support1. Application continuous 24/7 eye-on-glass monitoring via Appd,Grafana or any other monitoring tool2. Defining KPIs which is missing3. Monitoring of unexpected spikes in application to various backends andother connecting systems4. Monitoring of slow/no responses5. Analyzing tickets raised by Bank support staff for end-user issues.6. Support during DR drills and feedback on improvements post drill7. Preparation of IR reports along with RCA for S1 and S2 issuesand tracking till permanent fix is deployed8. Co-ordinating with other support teams for any issues/incident9. Provide suggestions for remediation of issues discovered
