SAP Fieldglass Consultant – ContractLocation: India – Any Infosys Location (Hybrid/Onsite as required)Job Type:ContractJob Description:Key Responsibilities:• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Fieldglass modules tailored to client requirements.• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to contingent workforce management.• Design and optimize business processes in SAP Fieldglass to improve efficiency and compliance.• Provide training and support to end-users and administrators on SAP Fieldglass functionalities.• Assist in integration of SAP Fieldglass with other SAP and third-party systems.• Manage system testing, issue resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).• Provide ongoing system maintenance, enhancements, and best practice recommendations.• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and labor regulations through system controls.Required Skills & Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting SAP Fieldglass.• Strong understanding of contingent workforce management and services procurement.• Experience configuring and customizing SAP Fieldglass modules.• Familiarity with integration scenarios involving SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, or other HR/Procurement systems.• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Preferred:• SAP Fieldglass certification.• Experience working with global clients in multiple industries.• Knowledge of procurement best practices and labor laws.About AmpstekAmpstek is a global IT solutions partner serving clients across North America, Europe, APAC, LATAM, and MEA.
