Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for talent acquisition and a strong ability to connect businesses with top-tier candidates. The Business Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Identify and source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking. Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate assessments. Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Candidate Screening: Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for client requirements. Job Matching: Match qualified candidates to job roles based on skill set, experience, and cultural fit with client organizations. Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment between clients and candidates. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and client needs to provide effective recruitment strategies. Data Management: Maintain detailed records of candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and placement outcomes. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team and other departments to meet business goals and objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a business or corporate environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in using recruitment software and online job portals.
