Position Summary We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter for a role based in Tirupati. In this position, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring an exceptional hiring experience for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions. Source potential candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks. Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates. Maintain recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system. Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Stay informed about market trends and innovative recruitment strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
