We are a fast-growing startup redefining the home-salon experience for women by providing safe, professional, and premium beauty services at their doorstep. We are looking for a
City Manager

to lead our Bangalore operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, team management, and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Hiring & Team Management-

  • Recruit, onboard, and train beauticians and service professionals.
  • Build and retain a reliable pool of skilled experts.
  • Monitor performance, attendance, and service quality of the team.

City Operations & Service Delivery-

  • Manage end-to-end daily operations of the Bangalore market.
  • Ensure smooth scheduling, order allocation, and service fulfillment.
  • Track operational metrics (orders, expert utilization, revenue, etc.) and optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain stock of products and ensure timely replenishment.

Customer Escalations & Experience Management-

  • Handle customer escalations, complaints, and queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Work closely with the team to resolve issues quickly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor service feedback and implement quality improvement measures.

Desired Qualifications & Skills.

  • Graduate with
    3–6 years of experience

in operations, business management, or customer service (beauty/wellness/startup experience preferred).
- Strong people management skills with ability to hire, motivate, and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle escalations tactfully while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Organized, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
