Delivery Manager IT-CX

The CX (Customer Experience) leader is a key role in the CX delivery capability in driving long term value with technology roadmap across various CX domains to transform and improve the customer and consumer experience.
Our Team
CX Leader will closely partner with GP CX leader to drive value and innovation to transform and improve customer/end user experience and develop and implement IT strategies particularly focusing on CRM, eCommerce, Customer Portal, Marketing, and related capabilities to define innovative solutions in support of key business and technology bets across all business segments for BP, P&C and CPG
What You Will Do
• Be a thought leader from business perspective, understand the business Roadmap and vision and get the team aligned with business priorities and goals.
• Drive long term value across various CX domains including CRM, eCommerce, Portal, Marketing, utilizing strong knowledge of capabilities in platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and Marketing technologies, and integration with core business and customer systems.
• Building a high-performing IT team focused on customer experience and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the teams.
• Implement best practices and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and latest trends and advancements in the field of customer experience technologies.
• Focus on the functional and technical delivery across CX capabilities (CRM Sales & Service, Portal, eCommerce, Marketing Technology)
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science/information technology with more than 12+ years of leading and driving transformation and creating better business outcomes.
• Good experience of leading and managing CX (CRM, eCommerce, portals, marketing tech) with specific knowledge of salesforce along with integration, ERP and other CRM technologies like SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics etc.
• A customer-focused mindset, with a proven track record in enhancing customer experience through innovative IT solutions.
• Superior communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.

• Valuable experience of defining & executing appropriate strategies, operating & delivery models
• Good experience of developing people and managing their performance & aspirations to maximize the business outcome by applying division of labor by comparative advantage.
