AI/ML Engineer — Generative & Agentic AI (GCP Environment)???? Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid / Full-time) ???? Our mission is to integrate human creativity and machine intelligence to transform how brands understand and engage their audiences.We’re now expanding our core engineering team — and looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and wants to build real, production-grade Gen AI systems.Role Overview As an AI/ML Engineer, you’ll design, build, and deploy Generative and Agentic AI solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You’ll work on LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, automation flows, and scalable production APIs — while collaborating with cross-functional teams on applied AI projects.What You’ll DoDevelop and deploy Gen AI / Agentic AI models at scale.Build RAG pipelines and optimize model retrieval workflows.Fine-tune open-source and proprietary LLMs for production-grade use.Implement automations, multi-agent systems, and intelligent workflows.Design APIs using Fast API and integrate with Vertex AI, Big Query, Firebase, and Dialogflow.Build, deploy, and monitor CI/CD pipelines on GCP.Containerize workloads using Docker and manage orchestration through Kubernetes.Collaborate on data engineering, model monitoring, and performance tuning.What We’re Looking For2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or applied Gen AI systems.Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI pipelines.Strong proficiency in Python, Fast API, and cloud-native development.Mandatory: 1+ years GCP-certified experience, with working knowledge of:Vertex AI, Big Query, Firebase, Dialogflow, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions.Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.Exposure to fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and multi-agent frameworks.Startup or product-building experience is a big plus.Why Join UsBuild cutting-edge Agentic AI products from the ground up.Collaborate with a fast-growing, ambitious team at the intersection of AI, Ad Tech, and Brand Intelligence.Competitive pay with ESOPs for long-term wealth creation.Work directly with founders, Co founders, researchers, and industry experts shaping the future of AI in marketing and Advertising.
