Role & responsibilities

1) Assistance in exploring new RM & FG suppliers for existing process chemical products

2) Assist in exploring new product development in Downstream Refinery & Upstream Oil Field Products

3) Assist in developing quality assurance procedures for the existing and new products that are developed

4) Develop SOPs in validation of existing and new products

5) Prepare a market plan for the new products developed and coordinate with sales team on the products

6) Establish a laboratory setup and work on NABL certification

7) Prepare technical documents (Product Bulletins/MSDS) as per international standards as part of readiness

8) Assist in Refinery field activites - related to Field Trials and Client Technical Discussions

9) Cordinate with internal team: Manufacturing/QA-QC/Other Product teams/Logistics to plan timely dispatches

10) Make weekly and monthly reports/trackers on the progress of product development and discuss the same with the internal team members once in a fortnight to plan futher action plan.
